Dr. David Jeremiah is the Chancellor of SCS and the founder of Turning Point Radio and Television Ministries and senior pastor of Shadow Mountain Community Church, felt God calling him to his life at a very young age.

Dr. Jeremiah was born on February 13, 1941 in Toledo, Ohio to a family that adhered to ministry. When the age of eleven, Dr. Jeremiah and his family relocated to Dayton, Ohio where his father, Dr. James T. Jeremiah was the Pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church, and in 1953 was made the President of Cedarville College in Cedarville, Ohio.

He grew up in a family of strong ministry of his parents, Rev. James T. Jeremiah and Ruby Jeremiah. His father was a pastor and later became the president of the Cedarville College.

Marriage: He was married to Donna Thompson in 1963, his village sweetie in Cedarville College. He owes his ministerial success to her help and encouragement on many occasions.

Children: David and Donna have four adult children; Janice Dodge, David Michael Jeremiah, Jennifer Sanchez, and Daniel Jeremiah.
